Terms of Service

Heya, welcome to my Terms of Service.
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my TOS. If you break TOS, you will be blacklisted and no longer allowed to commission me, obtain any of my designs, etc.1. I have the right to refuse any commission for any or no reason.2. Payment must be through paypal.3. Payment must be paid in full before I start. This does not include animations or paid changes, these will need to be paid afterwards.4. If there’s barely any progress made on a comm within 30 days, I will refund you if requested.5. Feel free to DM me for progress or WIPs (you can also check on trello for progress). Only the sketch will be sent for approval automatically (unless changes are requested, screenshots will be sent for every change until you are happy with them).6. Commission form must be filled out for a comm.7. You cannot claim my art as your own.8. You can repost my art that you commissioned as long as proper credit is given.9. When posting art to toyhouse, credit me as L0VESICKBITEZ10. When sending a comm form, be sure to send a clear reference (digital, flat colored or at least very minimal shading).11. If ordering NSFW, you MUST be 18+ and provide some form of proof (unless I know you and your age).12. Do not try to beg for discounts or free art, I will blacklist you.13. When it is confirmed that you sent an order form, please be sure to send the payment within 24 hours.14. You can hold commission slots for up to 36 hours (3 days).15. This isn’t required but please try to be specific with poses and expressions when ordering. It’s super helpful and I’d whole-heartedly appreciate it.16. Feel free to pester me about your comm if it takes awhile.17. You get 2 major changes for free (pose, character, etc) as long as the changes are requested during the sketch or lineart. Anything afterwards will be charged as an additional character. Small changes (ie; markings, expression, accessories, etc) can be requested at any point until completion. All small changes are free.17. I do NOT support NFTs/Crypto/etc. Do NOT steal my art and sell it as an NFT or try to convince me to make NFTs.18. I don't support AI either, do not use my art to train AI or anything like that.Custom TOS

Do not change the design to the point that it's basically a different character3. Do not resell until you've owned it for at least 2 weeks4. Do not delete my design, if u for any reason have to get rid of them immediately, send them to me.5. Not super necessary but dm me if you decide to resell/retrade a design i own, I may be interested in reobtaining them (this isn't required though)!!6. Do not give/sell any of my designs to anyone under my blacklist.7. Do not use my designs for AI.8. Do not use any of my designs for anything illegal (cp/zoo/etc). NSFW content is fine as long as the character is an adult ofc.
